Returnable Items

Aura Tag Light Box can be return if any quality problem. Products must be returned within 14 days to qualify for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

All personalized products - including Name Tags, Aura Tag Covers, and Omamori Charms are custom-made items. Since we provide design drafts for your approval before production and manufacture according to your confirmed specifications, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered.
